Description
Understanding how to create an environment which promotes the idea that all students are capable of learning and excelling is vital to our success as educators. This interactive session is designed for schools who are ready to cultivate a positive learning culture through the power of a growth mindset. In this session participants will demonstrate an understanding of how to develop students who value learning in their classrooms by reflecting on growth mindset research, current brain research on learning, and the power of struggle and mistakes.
By the end of the session, participants will walk away with confidence, content, and a concrete plan to model a growth mindset and to extend the impact to students across their school community.
